All our food is freshly made after you order, so we cannot cancel an order or give a refund once payment is done.
If your order arrives with a wrong item or a missing item, tell us within 2 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91 75501 34063 or at asifalisyed44@gmail.com, with your order details. We will send a replacement order for the same amount. We do not give money back for this.
If a payment is deducted but your order was not placed, email or WhatsApp us with the payment details. We will confirm the order or return the amount to the same account you paid from, usually in 5 to 7 working days.
Replacement is not available for orders reported after 2 hours, or for taste preference.
